Juno Markets Demo Contest (Campaign C030<\/span>) \u2013<\/span> Terms & Conditions<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

  1. 1. Introduction<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

    \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

    1. 1.1Juno Markets Demo Contest is a campaign conducted by Juno Markets Limited (<\/span>herein<\/span> the \u201cCompany\u201d) to <\/span>clients under the following terms and conditions<\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

      \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

      1.2 <\/span>The terms and conditions of the Demo Contest are an integral part of the \u201cClient Agreement of Juno Markets\u2019 and the provisions set out<\/span> herei<\/span>n<\/span> are regarded as an annex to the \u201cClient Agreement of Juno Markets<\/span>.\u201d<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

      \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

      1. 2. Conditions of Eligibility\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

        \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        2.1. <\/span>This contest is open to all new <\/span>Vietnam<\/span> clients of Juno Markets. Existing clients are eligible to <\/span>participate<\/span> using their current accounts, provided there has been no trading activity in the past <\/span>90 days<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        2.2 <\/span>Participants can join the contest at any time during the contest period. Registration is <\/span>permitted<\/span> from the start and throughout the contest duration.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        2.3 Registration Limitations: Each client can register for the contest only once.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        2.4 Individuals associated with the Company are not <\/span>permitted<\/span> to <\/span>participate<\/span> in the offer.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

        1. 3. Duration of Program<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>

          \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

          3.1 The Demo contest will start on August 1, 2024, and will be ended on September 30<\/span>, 2024<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

          \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

          3.2 The Company reserves the right to <\/span>discontinue<\/span> the Demo Contest campaign at any time before the stated date in 3.1.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

          \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

          \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

          1. 4. Terms and Conditions<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

            \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

            4.1 Clients<\/span> must open a live account with Juno Markets with a minimum deposit of <\/span>USD5<\/span>0 to <\/span>be able<\/span> to join the contest.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

            \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

            4.2 <\/span>Clients <\/span>are not<\/span> permitted<\/span> to withdraw the principal deposit during the contest period.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

            \u00a0Any withdrawal of the principal amount will result in the contestant’s immediate termination.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

            \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

            1. Upon completion of the deposit, the operations team will <\/span>create<\/span> a demo account for the participant with the following specifications: <\/span><\/span>Starting balance USD10,000; Account Type is STP; Leverage 1:1000<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

              \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

              4.4 To be eligible to win, contestants must trade a minimum of 50 lots during the contest period.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

              \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

              4.5 Winning Criteria: The winner will be <\/span>determined<\/span> based on the highest equity in their demo account by the end of the contest period<\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

              \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

              \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

              1. 5. Prizes terms and conditions\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

                \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                5.1 This contest will have <\/span>Nine<\/span> winners, which will be <\/span>determined<\/span> based on the highest equity at the end of the contest. <\/span>Prizes will be credited into <\/span>the client\u2019s<\/span> live account. <\/span>Prizes as below:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                (<\/span>i<\/span>) USD 10,000 Prize: One winner. To withdraw, the client must trade at least 50 lots.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                (ii) USD 5,000 Prize: Three winners. To withdraw, each client must trade at least 30 lots.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                (iii) USD 2,500 Prize: Five winners. To withdraw, each client must trade at least 20 lots.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                \u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                5.2 <\/span>Winners must trade the required number of lots based on each prize within <\/span>90 days<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                Failure to meet this requirement will result in forfeiture of the prize.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                1. 6. General terms\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

                  6.1. Fair Play: Participants must engage in fair trading practices. Any form of manipulation, including exploiting system vulnerabilities, using multiple accounts, or engaging in unethical trading behavior, will result in immediate disqualification.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                  6.2. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the contest ends. The winner’s name will also be announced on the Juno Market website and social media channels.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                  6.3. Right to Amend: It reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants <\/span>are responsible for<\/span> regularly reviewing the terms and conditions for any updates.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                  6.4. Disqualification: reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

                  6.5. Acceptance of Terms: By <\/span>participating<\/span> in this contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
