Any indication or suspicion, in the company\u2019s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but <\/span>not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the credit trading bonus without being\u00a0 genuinely\u00a0 interested\u00a0 in\u00a0 trading\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 markets\u00a0 and\/or\u00a0 taking\u00a0 market\u00a0 risk),\u00a0 fraud,<\/span> manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited trading bonuses of the Eligible Client\u2019s real trading Accounts with the Company<\/span> and\/or\u00a0 any\u00a0 and\u00a0 all transactions\u00a0 carried\u00a0 and\/or\u00a0 profits\u00a0 or\u00a0 losses\u00a0 garnered\u00a0 therein.\u00a0 <\/span>In\u00a0 these<\/span> circumstances, <\/span>the\u00a0 Company<\/span> reserves\u00a0 the<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>right,\u00a0 at<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>its\u00a0 sole<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>discretion\u00a0 to<\/span>\u00a0 close\/<\/span>suspend\u00a0 (<\/span>either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client\u2019s real trading Account(s) with the Company, cancel all <\/span>orders<\/span> and annul all profits of such participant. In these circumstances, the Company<\/span> shall not be <\/span>liable\u00a0 for<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>any\u00a0 consequences<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>of\u00a0 the<\/span> trading <\/span>bonus\u00a0 cancelation<\/span>,\u00a0 including<\/span>,\u00a0 but<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>not\u00a0 limited<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>to,\u00a0 order<\/span>(s)<\/span> closure by Stop Out<\/span>. <\/span>Furthermore, the company <\/span>maintains<\/span> the authority to withhold up to 3% for Payment Service Providers fees under the <\/span>aforementioned circumstances<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
